Made to Order — Built Just for You
Every Vangear pod is made to order, which means we start crafting yours the moment you place your order. Please allow 1 weeks of production time before your order is dispatched. We think good things are worth waiting for — and we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via DHL Express, so your pod arrives safely and swiftly once it leaves our workshop. DHL Express is one of Europe's most reliable carriers, and we trust them to handle your gear with the same care we put into making it.
Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently ship to two zones across Europe. Rates are based on the weight of your order.
Zone A
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands

Taxes & Duties
All prices on our store include applicable taxes. There are no surprise customs duties or additional charges when your order arrives — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your pod is dispatched, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time on the DHL website. If you haven't received your tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder or drop us a message.
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, typical DHL Express delivery times are:
- Zone A countries: 3-6 business days
- Zone B countries: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Returns
We want you to love your Vangear pod. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details on how to initiate a return.
